I do above average kms each year, around 40,000. It is the most reliable car. Has never broken down. I still love driving it. It has done 265,000 kms. My mechanic says it’s still a great little car. I still get 7.9- 8.1 litres per 100kms too. My son also has one ( 2018 ) and has had no problems either. I service my car regularly and always have.
I've always loved Mitsubishi for it's simplicity and reliability. I do most maintenance by myself that includes oil changes at 5k kms, coolant change, AT fluid, Transfer case and diff fluid change, sparkplugs, brake rotors and pads etc. The outlander Sport engines come with either 4B 11 2L or 4B 12 2.4L.
